    It has useful HP
    1 Stage Pokemon
    2 decents attacks. plasma only requires a coloress enegy and does 20 damage, Also adds energy retrival to the attack. Quick Blow is a 3 energy attack that can do 60 damage but 40 is the flip fails , which is still good.
    Bacis weakness to electric. O:
    A reistance and a resonable reteat cost.

    Almost the same as Metang from EX Deoxys. :)

    Plasma is very useful for it's Quick Blow but only for a short while. This could be useful at times when your opponent does some Energy Removal to Magnetric.

    Nice Retreat. only 1, including the resistance, nice art. and the HP seems OK. :)
