Get this thing out quick and its first attack can be very annoying. Use that to scatter some damage onto your opponent's benched basics, and the second attack to finish off the evolved ones that they bring up.
However, this card is quite useless when all your opponent's basics evolve, or if they bring out basic ex's. The same can be said in mid to late game because 10 damage each is pretty much nothing by then.
HP and RC are both pretty good, weakness to metal isn't too bad because they are relatively rare, not counting those first-generation delta types.
6/10 - a good card to start a game, but not to end one...
