Reasonable amount of HP to keep using the Laser, but the Hyper Beam seems a bit underpowered. I'd switch in the energy loss for maybe ten points of extra damage.

I always liked Clayd0ol and nonthing is stopping me from liking it now. The stats are fair , resonable hp and the attacks are also for a uncommon so a 8.5 for Claydol.
