Its nice, but the font is awful and makes it look rather tacky, she's also in a rather odd position not very straight.
the font reallly doesn't match ice.. and it's incredibly illegible, not that that matters much. I might suggest not using brushes more than once in the same image, cause it looks really choppy. (The 2 little paint stain looking things...) try making your own brushes, they're a lot more reliable than downloaded brushes.
