How about leveling one into a haunter and then trading it lol.. preferably onw 31 / xx / 31 / 31 / 31 / 31. I can trade u a 5 IVs in return. But you'd have to user the daycare and rare candies if you're up to it

Giving away some 4-5 IV Gastly.
