    I'll wait til Uxie, but the Downer Material is the best Spirit trio Power yet, and that attack? With all the Special Energy decks being pretty rampant (at least when I was in the game), this can be a good clog early game. And it causes damage, too.

    With low retreat and 60 HP, it will be around for a while. Heh.
     
    Yeah azelf poor guy sleeps at the bottom of a lake all the time "sigh". that would be fun in decks and the art looks so cool.

    Well, 60HP is...only average, I suppose. There are so many attacks now that could take that out with one hit. Downer Material isn't that great, doesn't massively affect your opponent, as...well, let's face it, they'll be evolving as much as possible. And what use is Bind Pulse when Darkness and Metal are Basic now? And it's weak as well. Poor weakness alongside it.

    4/10, really. It's not useable.

    sorry guys I'd give the art which is awsome a 10/10 and the card a 5/10 because of the limited strategy. Since I'm new to this why would I get a warning for not rating it when chraxes didn't rate it either?

    Charaxes did, technically, just chose not to give it a numbered rating.
     
    Plus I don't feel the purpose of warning a moderator. :P

    Although, the rules state you must rate, not just review....

    Pointless card...

    Power is useless as soon as your opponent evolves their basics, plus its requirement is ridiculous for its effect...

    The only attack is far too weak and the side effect is not that useful, especially when D and M energy now have their basic versions.

    HP is low for a non-evolving basic, plus a bad weakness (new poison types!)...

    3/10 - Use a better card instead...
