For something that's supposed to be speedy, buliding it up sure takes a bit. Headdesk. At least with Swift, it's a good way to smack the Psychic resistant and can do some damage. Good thing for Form Change in case you want to upgrade and save him.

Although wouldn't a one energy attack be a better way to exploit that speed aspect? Oh well.

6/10 to round off.

Actually, I WOULD rather have Agility on this instead of Swift; it would fit SO much better...

But, then again, I don't like any of the Deoxys cards too much anyway (except for the attack form, but that's only a little bit)...

too weak, no combos can go with it. who the fk plays a deckful of Deoxys anyway...

It's a basic Dexoys. Just it's attack ins't special and won't screw up. 8/10

I like deoxys decks, but this shows that a Delta Deoxys deck is much better. Attack isn't that speedy & the art is repulsive.
