A star pokemon, hmm, for one per deck, it's ok... not that good, very late game sorta card. 1st attack is good for the second one, but second one is not werth a flip. Retreat is awful, realy, but 1st attack makes up for it.

It's not so bad, with the Scramble Energy, and Holon holo Magneton and cards like that, it would go faster. Unlimited Rain Dance, eegah, it would dominate.

Energy Retrieval with damage and a quasi paralyzing move? That's kinda hard to beat.

Compared to most of these Star cards, this actually has potential with the right cards. So don't judge too critically. 7/10.

Scramble cant be attached to basics.

IMO, this is one of the worse of the stars. Water energies aren't even played more than 6 per deck, so 1st att is a fluke. 2nd att - 60 for WWWCC? NTY, I can get like, 120 for that many nergy.
