Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scans.

    Those are some nice cards.

Let's start with Manectric. Manectric has no Poke Power, nor a Poke Body, which I consider a disadvantage. He is a stage one with 80HP (not bad), with an attack that could potentionally save you from a powerful Pokemon that is out, Kick Away. Strong Current is one energy more than I think it should be (I don't know why, I just think so.)

Jigglypiff and Wigglytuff had always been one of my favourites, so I am slightly bias ;). Fluffy Fur is a good way to go out, makingyour opponent have a Special Condition as to remember Wigglytuff by. Collect could possibly can turn a match around, you getting the cards you need at the right tim. Also, Pester is slightly weak. However, it makes up for it in the text 'affected by a Special Condition, this attack foes 30 damage plus 20 more damage.' That ain't bad nessercarily.

Here are 2 more holo cards from the latest ex expansion - however I can honestly say they will be not be seeing much play.

    Wigglytuff
Pretty decent HP and evolves from everyones favourite balloon. If its attacked, theres a good chance of your opponent being immobilised during their next turn. The bottom stats are not very impressive, an average retreat cost, no resistance and poor weakness.
Collect is the best attack here as 3 cards for C isnt bad however, being a stage 1 wont make it splashable to be used T2/1. Its attack Pester can do a maximum of 50 damage (making it likely with Fluffy Fur), however this isnt much and only an average amount for CC (even less if doing 30). Ariados UF is a better choice if you want to combine status effects with damage.
In conclusion its not worth the deck space.

    5.5/10

    Manectric
A better card - but still not the greatest. Another above average HP, Stage 1. It can be splashed into a Mewtrick deck possibly and its DX starter Electrike is particularly good. Its bottom stats are quite nice, resisting many delta Pokemon, and a good retreat cost.
Kick away is an average attack, but can be a bad in switching. Strong Current can turn the game around if your opponent is playing exs (likely in modified) and you have a nice tool attached such as Energy Root or Cessation Crystal.

    6.5/10

Wigglytuff: Is it just me or is the first attack very powerful? In the early game, stick this fluffy fur wiggly up front, only using up one precious energy drop, and draw lots of trainers to set up your big beaters much earlier. Fluffy fur will help him stay out there, while Pester can be used once you have drawn as many cards as you need, just until wiggly gets knocked out. I like, though only becasue of the excellent card-draw capability.

Ok, the Manectric is already a COTD (the thread is just a little down the first page, for goodness sake!!), so nice job there for being completely oblivious King Shuckle.

As for the Wigglytuff, you all are not giving it enough credit. Instant revenge sleep, attack that takes advantage of it immediately after with 50 damage, and 3 cards for 1 energy? I call that pretty good. 8/10
