    Here is the previous Lucario for reference.
     
    I've done the Lv.30 sometime ago so I'm not reviewing it again.

    As for the Lv.X, it would be highly abusable if there are still devolution sprays and such, but it does give you a free 80 damage on the turn it's played, as it can't be hurt during the next turn. Plus, you can still use it when you know your opponent has nothing that can hurt you (much).

    It's x2 Psychic weakness is its Achilles' heel (still better than +40), because Poison types are now classified as Psychic, but its low retreat cost balances it, and 110 HP helps it staying in as well.
