Swampert EX, a useful pokemon in many ways. His pokepower can retreive 3 energy cards a turn, in enchange that your turn ends. This is why you won't see pokemon like Delta Charizard without a Swmapert EX in the same team. Ultra Pump will be hard to overcome for any kind of pokemon, and you can always discard 2 to finish the defending pokemon or attack bench pokemon. A very useful card, 8/10
