I think that's a decent candidate for a Rain Dance deck, though not much else. Still, there are better options that don't discard energy (Like Articuno).

yeah, just keep it alive long enough for the 120 attack, it would be good, better than any sword dance anyway

 

[Bullados]

I've seen some PHUN decks around this guy, most of which involve one of the Blastoises. 120 damage every other turn isn't too shabby, really...

 

[Charaxes]

HP: 80. He'll be here for a while.

Suction Cups: A throwback to the Aquapolis version but nowhere as good with the attacks.

Standing By: Good for ex material if the hit can be taken.

Pulse Blast: Good strong damage. Good for baby kills and other things.

Retreat Cost: Surpised. Expected it to have two as it's a slowish guy.

7/10. Some good options but the past Octillerys have the better edge.
