It's alright, but I think I like the old Poliwrath better for its whirpool ability. And this one is way to cheap. Just three energy for 60 damage plus a positive extra ability? Come on, a lot of cards need for energy for 60 damage, with no extra abilities. And I think Poliwrath's better off as a Water Pokemon, since it can then be Rain Dainced upon to get energy fast.
