Is there a full list of all the obtainable pokemon in d/p including how they are obtained (not just caught e.g. through breeding and evolution). I'd like a list that I could just work through without having to keep searching every time I come upon a pokemon I can't get just to find out it needs to be holding a certain item. Any help appreciated.
