A fake card: Regice

The art's kinda bad, because I'm not good at designing art work at all...

Well I can see some errors, especially the wrong fonts and the lack of illustrator!...

But anyways, good card, I kinda like it!

a) I used all the right fonts (i think)

and

b) the illus. error is now fixed.

one thing: justification.. did well otherwise.. positioning is questionable..

Yeah, the effect text is off. It's not evenly 10 pixels away from the edge of the tranparent square's edge. Fix that and you have a nearly perfect card. Oh, and you need to raise the Weakness and Retreat Cost up a couple of pixels.

It's nice. I see a few errors, and since when was Frozen a Special Condition in the Pkmn TCG? Overll, 9/10
