2nd Gen A few Crystal Problems

Well...I have a few Questions about Crystal.. (i'm stuck)

A) Where do i get fly from? (my m8 told me its in fushica, but i don;t know which building)

B) I have been to the broken power plant and they told me to find a guy who is a bit sneeky or whatever, i went to the city (Forgot what the city is called but i know it begins with a "C") so anyway, i went to the nearest city and went in the GYM, (i already completed the gym) and this mysterious guy came up and bumped into me and said:

"Sorry, sorry, i am in a hurry" (Then he walked back a few steps) "Oh, you've spotted me, you mustn't tell anyone" He then went out the door... where does he go next?

If that lot made any sense to you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!

A) You get it after beating Chuck. Talk to the woman outside his gym, she will give you the HM.

B) Go north.

I Still Do Not Know Where Fly Is! Also, How Do I Get To Pallet Town?

okie,for fly HM,listen carefully....first u when u go to olivine city n meet jasmine at the light house,she wil ask u get some medicine at cianwood....den u teach HM surf to a pokemon that know it,den surf down left n u wil get past whirl island...once u reach the cianwood city,fight with the gym leader there n win him,he got a poliwrath n primeape......den talk to the lady outside the gym n she wil give u HM02:Fly den u can fly back to olivine city.....before that get the medicine at the southern most house.....hope that helps,if dunno,try msg me.... XD

u get back to pallet town after a longer journey,u wil nid to beat elite four first,den credit role n blah blah,den after that profesor elm wil give u a SS anne ticket for use in olivine city,frm there u can reach kanto n u wil meet up pallet town later....

If you're already in Kanto, you have to first get the power plant operational, then go to Saffron, where the manager will give you the Expn card, allowing you to wake up the Snorlax. Go through the Diglett cave, and you'll end up at Pewter. You know how to get to Pallett from there:D:D
