2. [RS, FRLG] When raining, can thunder hit "Double Team" or "Substitude" Pokemon?

3. Can Shadow Punch hit Normal Pokemon? (The element Normal)

4. Moveset: [Jynx(at first attacker)] Ice Beam+lovely kiss+????+Psychic
???=Water Pulse/Fake Tears/Substitude/Barrier/Reflect <---Which one is good? (it has to KO as much opponent as it can!!)

5. Team: Jynx, Flygon, Rapidash, 1. Zapdos/Jolteon/Manectric, 2. Blastoise/Lapras/ Walrein, 3. Gengar/ Nukenin/Walrein/Miltotic.

Isn't the Substitute basically an element all of its own? I wouldn't know as I've never used it. In which case though, Shadow Punch would affect it, yes.

Normal Pokemon are immune to Ghost attacks, so yeah Shadow Punch still does diddly squat to them.
