[Other] A "little" help with Pokémon FireRed decomp hacking

Well, first of all, it's possible that I'm breaking some PokeCommunity rule, I don't know.

Secondly, I'm completely rookie at work on decomps. I've played with AdvanceMap a little, I did some scripts, but it was just a binary hacking.

I'm starting work on a project that would have a completely new storyline, but it still remained within the boundaries of Kanto, where "Story Pokemon" will be added, which belong to the some characters (For example, starters, although they are the same Pokemon, will have a different evolutionary line than the original ones, or the professor's Glaceon will have slightly torn ears), and the new town will be added (so I will need help with adding a town "popup").

Romhack will focus more on the story, but it won't be anything linear like in the VI+ generation games. And it won't add anything much special that isn't already exist in the original FireRed game (maybe there will be a few more scenes like this one with the Old Man and Weedle).

And my question is: Can someone help me with making this romhack? I'm not talking about completly doing it for me, just such help from time to time, a little advice from someone who knows better, etc.

    The GitHub Project is here:
    https://github.com/V-Blackbird/pokefurbronze.git

For now it is just a complete FireRed decomp, because I have just cloned it.

Another problem is that I have no access to the computer, I'm doing everything on my phone. Tools like Porymap won't open on the emulators such like ExaGear, so there's another question: Can I somehow import maps exported from AdvanceMap by doing notepad editing and file managing?
(But I see that map files in decomp and map files in AdvanceMap have different extensions and .bin files in decomp, when opened in notepad show some compiled garbage, so I doubt that this is possible)

Okay, I spent the whole night adding a new Pokémon and editing the scene with Professor Oak where that Glaceon is supposed to appear. I made all statistics, moves (except TM and HM), cry (all from expanded PokeEmerald, modified to work with FR/LG... Only the battle sprites are from HG/SS)... The problem is that in the Oak's intro instead of Glaceon's cry there is a cry of... Mr. Mime? I don't really know what's going on (to be honest I copied the lines from Chimecho). I'll soon update the GitHub project with that bug.

    I can help you.
You can use Termux to run devkitPro, porymap, tilemap studio, and more on your phone.

Well, I'm using chromebook and I managed to compile Tilemap Studio and Porymap... I decided to move project from Pokefirered to Emerald, and I'm trying to import Kanto into the game (the post-game region was supposed to be Hoenn anyway, so...)
