A New Duel Disk

    I learned that they're makinga new duel disk based on teh next season of yugioh. Rumor has it sleaved cards will fit on this one, but nothing off that sort has yet to be confirmed. I found this picture on Toywiz.com.

    edit; Don't forget, we can discuss teh mechanics and appearance of the duel disk and whether t wa a god idea for them to make a new one in terms of marketability. I should also let you guys know that this new duel disk does not flap open like the last one, and isntead teh alst three zones of teh battle feild and magic/trap zone slide out of the larger two.

    It.. doesn't really look like the disk from the series. o_o; It's too blue. ^_^; In the anime it's got more of a greenish tint to it. Regardless, though, it's pretty interesting. I think this should probably go in Other Cards, but I'm not sure. Wasn't there a discussion on the original Duel Disk there? o_O

    But then it could also be about the anime since the design is based off the one from the series. XD So confusing! I'll... move it to cards, though, since that's what it's used for. @_@;;

    I wish they'd modify the normal Duel Disk to fit card sleeves. Not that I'd buy another one, though. o.o Mine was expensive. How much are these one's going to be selling for?

    the circle area is also positioned wrong...the blueish claw(the graveyard) should be facing the field...o and BTW fr those ppl hu dont no where this is from, its from the DOOM saga used by the Doom members
     
    Thats the duel disk they use in the next season. It looks cooler that the one from the Battle City Tournament. I think it's cause it looks more eviler XD
     
    That's rihght about the saga, ut you msut remember they don't exactly make tehm jstu as they are in the anime. In teh anime, teh last duel disk has teh magic trap zone behind teh monster zone, while teh real duel disk has that zone inteh front. They change the construction of teh disk so that it may operate better with teh user.
     
    Mine was roughly $50, but that's in Canadian dollars. But still, I guess mine was cheap? oO;

    digispirit virus - I can't say I noticed that part, heh. I guess I need to rewatch my DVDs. @_@ I think maybe the graveyard slides over, though. =o This one was made for its portability (since it looks like the 3 left card zones slide into the first 2), so I wouldn't be surprised. (But then... I don't have much of an idea what I'm talking about. x3)
     
    I had the first one, but it sucked to I retuned it and gathered more money for a new deck (skateboarding deck)
     
    I used it for cosplaying, so I definitely got stares. XD;; And actually, that's the only use I'd ever really have for it. =\ I don't have the money for a decent deck, so I don't bother dueling. XP

    ._. But also, this one shouldn't be so small... the other one was, regrettably, made for kids, so it hurt my arm to have it on for long periods of time. XD;
