A pokemon game in Flash

Well I have a mac and since I can't find a decent rom hacking (or game making program for that matter) I went back to my default flash cs3 I'm fairly familar with it. But I'm not a programmer... I'm an artist or an idea man.. So I was wondering if there were actually any AS programmers on here that would be willing to help. Or atleast point me in the direction of a decent mac program. Thanks
