    How do you get Seismic Toss on a Blissey? My pokedex book shows no legit way to get it, yet it seems like everyone's Blissey has it. According to the book, there is no TM for it, none of Blissey's forms can learn it via level, and it's not an egg move. So how does Blissey learn it?
