    What did the creators use to make Pokecommunity? Also how did they do it?
    I ask this because i want to make a forum like PokeCommunity.

    PC runs on VBulletin software, but you have to pay regularly to keep the license.

    There's a ton of free forum software out on the internet, like MyBB, etc. Basically the same thing, just less features and stuff.
