A question regarding Rocket's Celebi

In my perusal of EX Team Rocket Returns on Bulbapedia, I spotted a Rocket's Celebi (a holo rare) in the Japanese card listing. Can anyone provide a scan and/or translation, or was it finally converted into English, and I just don't know it?

I believe Rocket's Celebi and Dark Celebi from Hidden Legends are one in the same. Nintendo released it as Dark Celebi early. They changed it's type, card border and name so it wouldn't be known that it was a "Rocket" Pokemon. His picture and attacks are the same however. Nobody knows why Nintendo chose to release this card early.

That would make sense, actually. Of course, the name change is odd, anyway, as per the card name games: "Dark in its name = Team Rocket." Well, Hidden Legends wanted to draw parallels with the movies at the time, I guess that's why they bumped up Celebi to promote that.

Either way, if the picture and the attacks are the same, then, yeah, that's it. Thanks for illuminating me.
