    Ok here we go.

    1. When and Where are mod interviews, how do they do them, and Who does them? Not that i need to know yet, because i'm too busy to be a mod. Oh wait, How do you find out if they're having them?

    Sraight from the Faq:
If we need a new moderator during times when we aren't interviewing, we will contact someone who we think would be good for the job. What can you do now? Well, don't ask to be one. Be kind, helpful, and make smart quality posts. Don't post SPAM (stupid pointless annoying messages), and respect everyone. When the time comes we may just ask you. Being a moderator means moving and closing threads, and editing inappropriate ones. However, there is much more to it than that. You must stay mature and non-biased at all time, and you can't let your feelings about a topic influence your judgment. You must uphold fairness to every single member, and it can be a chore to come on each day if you want to or not.
    That's how you do it.
