A sick Poliwrath moveset

    Could anyone give me some idea movesets for a Poliwrath? i kind of have an idea of where to go but I'd like to see what other trainers think i should use.
     
    My Poliwrath knows:

    Ice beam
    Hydro Pump
    Body Slam
    Mega Punch
     
    Poliwrath @ Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    EV: 252 Att / 252 Speed / 6 HP
    Trait: Water Absorb
    Focus Punch/Brick Break
    Rock Slide
    Earthquake
    Waterfall

    Not as fast as some CBers out there, but still packs a punch.
