4th Gen About how many pokemon does a trained pokemon have to kill on average to get Lv1 - 20

I'm trying to calculate the speed EVs on my Meditite. But I didn't count from the start. So how many pokemon a trained pokemon has to kill on average to get from lvl 1-20? My Meditite is untraded. I need the number of pokemon to kill, not the amount of exp.

Are you trying to find this average so you could guess that basic amount of speed EVs it already has? Because you do know that there are berries that remove unwanted EVs, so all you do is use these berries until all his EVs are gone then start again.
