    People these days tend to use Action Replay to obtain Pokemon that normally aren't easily possible to capture without cheating. Example; Arceus, Pikachu Coloured Pichu, Celebi. Ect.

    What are your opinions on Action Replay Cheating?
    I Don't think its that bad personally, I understand that some people don't like cheating. But i would love to be able to catch these event pokemon, Capture shiny pokemon that i have always wanted. Get items that i need to get my pokemon evolve. Tm's that I've always needed but never had because I've wasted.

    Personally, if i had action replay i wouldn't use it to capture EVERY pokemon that wasn't possible in my game. Because i like to trade with friends, I also like to grind and train my pokemon for days on end. 99999 Rare candy's is just a boring way to train your pokemon. Plus there alot weaker then they could have been.

    Do you have AR?

    What are your thoughts on this topic.

    To be honest, I do use Action Replay with almost every game I own, only to get evolutionary items, Pokemon that are not normally available (e.g. Gardevoir or Garchomp in Pokemon White 2), multiple Exp. Shares, or to tweak the Exp. Gain to my personal standards.

    I've used AR for other games mostly to make the game more interesting after I play it out. Never tried it on Pokemon since I never really had a reason to (yet). If Lilligant wasn't usable, I would probably cheat to get one though. ^ ^;

    I don't use AR anymore, but there are some nifty things you can do with it that I think greatly help, especially in older generations. Hacking in x99 of all TMs is something I did in Diamond and it still helps me to this day. Cause let's face it, getting TMs can be a pain, and they disappeared after use in this gen, so it makes it all the more better. Quick hatch, IV check, stuff like that I don't mind if people use.

    When you use your AR powers for the dark side, then we can no longer eat lunch together.

    I used to use it extensively during the Diamond/Pearl days. I actually hacked my Pokedex complete in my Pearl version, however, it was purely cosmetic. But from Platinum on, I've decided not to do that, and actually fill it the right way. However, I still do hack in rare candies to evolve Pokemon and speed up the filling process. I don't have time to grind levels for every Pokemon in the game. xD

    I don't use the rare candies on my team, and therefore delete them as soon as I'm done with them. Because I've filled the Pokedex naturally so many times, I now own at least one of every Pokemon in existence.

    If I were to miss an event Pokemon, I'd use PokeSav/PokeGen to recreate that event. Since I haven't missed an event since the Platinum days, I don't really use those programs anymore.

    I never even had an Action Replay, but I had no problem with people using it in certain circumstances. Getting Event Pokemon if you were unable to attend an event (or it's long over), faster hatching times, etc. seem pretty acceptable, as it isn't really hurting anyone, and only enhancing your experience.

    When you start hacking in hundreds of items like Rare Candies, Vitamins, etc., it does come across as being a little lazy, and cheating to get an advantage. I'm also not a fan of easily finding shiny Pokemon, as it takes away that special feeling when you find one in a legit manner. But, if people want to do that with their games, by all means, let them. It's not affecting how I enjoy the game, and if they have fun doing it, I say do it.
