3rd Gen Action Replay help for Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald

I just recently ordered an Action Replay from a website, and its on its way as I speak/type. So I have a few questions to ask.

I was told that I can use the AR to get the Mystic, Old Sea and Eon Ticket, but there aren't any on Emerald or Ruby/Sapphire that I have noticed.

Also, if those codes do actually exist, would I be able to mix the records with them on Ruby - Emerald, if Emerald doesn't have the codes yet?

Also, what are the risks of inputting theses codes?

And what does (M) mean on that link I have put in?

(M) means Must Be On.In other words it's the Master Code.
