[Other] Activating Mega Evolution Early In Gen 7?

    I've been messing around with pk3ds to edit Pokemon Moon, and was wondering what conditions need to be met to allow the player to mega evolve in Gen 7. I'm fairly certain simply having a Key Stone doesn't turn the feature on in battle. Is there a flag that battling Dexio triggers?

    The goal here is to have Mega Evolution available slightly after you get your starter.
