Yeah, that would work. Choice Scarf/Band as Item? maybe an Ev spread too?

Id probably go with Choice Scarf. Add to its 100 base speed it should be able to get in first almost all of the time

Alright, i have a few Choice Scarfs from fighting the Battle Tower, and buying a few of them. Edit: What EV Spread should i give it? becuase i already gave it choice scarf, Return, and U-Turn already.
