[Question] Add ability to use cut on grass?

In other mainstream Pokemon games, the player had the ability to use cut on the grass in routes and other areas that you can see in this video. Would this be possible to implement into Pokemon Essentials since most grass consists of autotiles? And if so, how hard would it be to make that happen?
