Adding a second decimal place for Pokédex heights?

    To keep it short and sweet, I would like to define a Pokémon with a non-0 height less than .1m. However, the formatting of PBS files as of now does not allow it. I'm sure there are perfectly valid reasons for this, but nonetheless I'd like to be able to change it if at all possible.

    How feasible is this? What other problems might pop up if done?
