[Battle] Adding a Type to a game (BW2)

    Hello,
    I was looking up how to add types to ROM hacks, and the only thing I've come across are the gen 3 ROMs. i.e fire red/emerald.
    For specifics, I'm looking to add the Fairy typing to Black 2.
    I know this is possible via hex however I do not know where to start.
    If anyone knows anything please give me some advice.
