[ASM & Hex] Adding Ability Issue

    Goodmorning, I'm new to pokemon hacking and I really need some help, thanks to all.
    I want to add some abilities to my fire red rom (MrDollSteak's Decap. and Attack Rombase) but I can't complete the operation. I tried to implement Simple so I followed this HackMew's Knowledge Tutorial and I add to a free space offset the bin resulted from MrDollSteak Simple routines.
    But after that I can't understand what to do. I tried to edit an unused ability in the room in order to change the effect with PGE or G3HS but I can't find a way. Can somone help me pls?
