[Other] Adding in gen 6 and IVs/EVs

    Hey guys,

    I'm trying to set up a rombase for myself which includes gen 6 Pokemon, abilities, types, and moves. Is there one which already does this? I've seen some hacks which implement this but I'm not entirely sure how to do that.

    Also, is it possible to control the IVs/EVs/Natures of Pokemon you receive and Pokemon you battle against?
