Adding more than 1 effect to an Item

    Hey I want to add 2 effects to an item, such as making an item that is held add power to certain move types but can also be used outside of battle to evolve a certain Pokemon. Not even sure if this is possible but I'd like to at least try.

    Info:
    Base game: Emerald
    Familiar with: PGE & XSE know a lil about HEX Editor
