[Script] Adding NPC to a town in HGSS edition

    Hi guys, its pretty simple i think for the most of you, but for me its too hard and idk how i can do this.
    I want to add a npc in any town who i want and he should give me items like rare candys or something like this and he should give xx amount of it but i need help with this.

    I would be happy if someone can explain me how to do this and with which tools and all ! :D
