    Hi,

    Game: Inclement Emerald

    I would like to add an NPC/edit a mart in the same way the Nuzlocke Patch from toxic does:

    This enables you to get Rare Candies, other stuff and save the major grinding when adding new members to your team in a NL run.

    I already downloaded the decomp emerald but i have no idea how to create a patch like toxics NL patch for the current version of IE
