[Other] Additional Pokemon have no moves [DPE and CFRU]

    I've added both DPE and CFRU to my base rom, and all newly added Pokemon have no moves! In addition to this, when a mon levels up while having no moves my game softlocks. Looking at my rom using HexManiacAdvance all Pokemon still have proper learnesets. Any ideas whats going on, any advice on how to fix?
