I have a question. Does anyone know how to get Advanced Trainer to show expanded Pokemon and Expanded moves? I'm using the MrDS rom base which has most moves from Gen 4 and later. I also expanded Pokemon to make room for new Pokemon, the majority of which are just the new evolutions to the existing Kanto and Johto Pokemon except for Gible/Gabite/Garchomp, Golett/Golurk, Riolu/Lucario, and two new forms for Seel and Shellder respectively. I think I have to hex editor something, like I did for Advanced map, but not sure where to find the value.

This can be closed. I fixed the problem! Here's how.

    1. Using Hopeless Trainer Editor, go to the ROMs folder, and in it should be a collection of ini's. Rename BPRE.ini to IN.ini. Right click MrDS.ini and copy and paste it in the same folder. Open it up and change Pokemon to the desired amount added. It starts at 412, and you need to account for Bad Egg and all 28 Unown forms. This will add 29 to the 412 total, bumping it up to 441. After you do that, add in the amount of Pokemon you added in, so if you added in 30, the final result is 471. So in short, take 412+29+the number of Pokemon you added to get the result you need to put in.

    2. Save the file and then rename it to BPRE.ini

    3. Open up your time, go to a trainer, select a Pokemon, click the drop down to change it, and if your Pokemon appear, you've succeeded.
