advise & psyduck help?

Hey guys!

I been out of pokemon since hidden legends!

What sets are legal now?


My son has turned 4 & i have been teaching him to count & read by playing pokemon. I have been making 30 card mono starter decks & have been losing regularly to rai chu ex. It doesn't help that I refuse to play anyone but snorlax & dusclops. I think dusclops is my favorite character. His judgement ability almost never goes off but when you flip heads twice every one must bow!

Right now i am trying to make a decent psyduck deck. keep in mind I only want it 30 cards.

Have they made a better golduck since sandstorm? Possibly even a golduck ex? Any way any help will be appreciated.

These sets are legal.

Also, there has only been one other Golduck released:

Golduck (EX Holon Phantoms)
Psyduck (EX Holon Phantoms)

In short, Delta Species = genetic modification. It was only around for five sets.
