Nice drawing, only advice I'd give is brighten it up a lil with colour ? And I'd love to see a Meowth. They are so cute if drawn well

Nicely done, I would suggest that you drew Celebi's left arm (Right arm on the picture) a little too big :paranoid:, everything else is good.
