4th Gen All pokemon in Diamond level 100

My friend has caught and trained all 150 pokemon on pokemon diamond to level 100. He is working on EV training them right now. He has done the same thing for all other pokemon GBC, GBA, and DS. Now earlier in the year I post this same thing but then I said that he was unbeatable... but after he went online he got his butt kicked and he realized that he wasnt the best. Does anyone now what he can do to become unbeatable?

Simple answer: he can't. No team is unbeatable, no matter how you look at it. Now, if he wants to get better, he can start with EV training instead of being the generic "silly person" who thinks raising all of their Pokemon to level 100 automatically makes them skilled.

Oh, and realizing that EV training can NOT be applied to a level 100 Pokemon would help, too.
