Question: all times are UTC. where's that at?

apparently Google was no help, I googled UTC Time Zone Location, and nothing relevant (Google is getting worse by the day) so, where is the UTC time zone located?

UTC is universal, so there isn't just one place it comes from.

it's commonly referred to as GMT or Greenwich, London time. GMT is the same as Western European Time.

(UTC is the same as GMT and GMT = England's timezone lol)
You can change your timezone by clicking user CP > Edit options (scroll down and you'll see it lol!)
