Here's my Gravity team...
I had not tried it out yet,
But I'd like to improve it before
I go into all the trouble of making it.
& without further adieu, here it is:
P.S.:
I didn't add pictures, since i'm not sure how to post
6 of them in a row...
& is a overall view of the team needed? if so,
I can edit in 1 here....& I'll edit this team as it gets better...
---------------------------------------------------------------------
SMEARGLE @ Focus sash
Nature: Jolly/ Hasty|Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 4HP/ 252Spe (dunno about the other 252 EVs...)
Spore
Spikes
Gravity
Destiny Bond
I decided to use Smeargle because the guide said it was the best for
getting Gravity going at the start of the battle. I figured I use Spore
then use either Spikes or Gravity, then use Destiny Bond to bring
something with Smeargle when it dies. (a gurateed KO is always nice...
but I don't think it'll work on something faster...) I may use Clefable as
my lead instead...)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
JIRACHI @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
EVs: 240HP/ 160Def/ 75SpD/ 32Spe
Wish
Gravity
U-turn
Ice Punch
2 Gravity users are good to have, & Jirachi provides Wish support.
Plus U-turn makes it easier to do Wish support. I got Ice Punch to
counter dragons, but I wonder if I'd be better off with a Body Slam
that got a 60% chance of paralyzing, due to Serene Grace... & I
also wonder if Doom Desire is a good choice... 120 base power,
100% accuracy (during Gravity) & it hit all pokemon, ignoring their
typing. (Does this mean it don't get STAB?)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
FORRETRESS @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252HP/ 112Atk/ 144Def
Toxic Spikes
Earthquake
Zap Cannon
Rapid Spin
Forretress helps offensive Gravity team by removing entry hazards with
Rapid Spin, softening the opponent up with Toxic Spikes (& with Gravity,
I believe that Earthquake will hit everything that resist Toxic Spikes)
& making sweeps easier by paralyzing things with Zap Cannon.
I use Leftovers over Shed Shell because this Forretress has no fear of
Magnezone. (I hope I don't HAVE to fight with the Item clause...)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
VAPOREON @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
EVs: 188HP/ 252Def/ 68Spe
Wish
Protect
Hydro Pump
Blizzard
A 2nd wish supporter is what I thought is a good idea, & Vaporeon
can REALLY hurt stuff with 100% accurate Hydro Pump & Blizzard,
thanks to Gravity. Other water-types should not be a problem due
to Toxic Spikes from Forretress.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
CLEFABLE @ Life Orb
Nature: Modest|Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252SpA & Spe/ 4HP
Gravity
Sing
Fire Blast
Focus Blast
I thought that 3 Gravity users was a excellent idea, & Clefable can help
it's allies to swicth in with Sing, made accurate due to Gravity, & it got
Fire Blast & Focus Blast because no other of my pokemon has a fire or
fighting move. I may give this Clefable a differnt set to act as my leader.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
RHYPERIOR @ Life Orb
Nature: Jolly|Ability: Solid Snake....er....Rock!
EVs: 252Atk& Spe/ 4SpD
Rock Polish
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Megahorn
My main sweeping force. If I'm correct, only Scizor will give Rhyperior
problems. I don't think I'll have problem with the said bug, because I'm
certian that Clefable will OHKO with Fire Blast. I'm using Life Orb over
Leichi berry because I may have to swicth for Wish support.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
My 2-cents:
I don't think this is as offensive as I'd like it to be.
I've always been the brute force kind of guy, even though I'm
what you'd call a toothpick. Like I said, I want your guys help
to improve this team before I go into all the problems of making it.
Thanks in advance for all of your friendly (& wise)advice!
