I finally decided to come here. My "name" is above (or one of the many nicknames, I thought that one would work best on Pokécommunity) and I am from real life Unova. My experience with Pokémon began with Pokémon Blue and then Pokémon Colosseum. I loved Colosseum, I spent like a few hundred hours on it, just exploring all the stuff. Then my best friends had the bright idea to trade all my Colosseum and XD Pokémon to Ruby and Sapphire in return for weedles. Those darn weedles are still filling up those boxes on my memory card.

Other games I've played and love include Pokémon Conquest, Pokkén Tournament, Pokémon Let's Go Eevee, Pokémon Go (which I haven't played in a while because only someone as rich as James can afford that), Pokémon Legends Arceus, Hey You Pikachu, Pokémon Snap, and the infamous Pokémon TCG for PC Rom. Many of you might recognize who I am if I mentioned here I made the front page of a certain art website (the bee one) on Halloween cosplaying as Arezu from Pokémon Legends Arceus. It has become my favorite of the games. I'm surprised they won't announce it's a sequel to Pokémon Conquest, they would combine into a great storyline if they did.

Anime-wise, Orange Islands was my true gateway. Around the time I was old enough to get into Pokémon, Johto Journeys was taking forever to get places, and then I noticed Orange Islands reruns which aired on a separate channel (Johto Journeys was on Kids WB in the morning while Orange Islands was on Cartoon Network late at night), and I would sit back and think "where were these stories in Kanto or Johto". The tragedies make sense, the villains make sense, the world felt like a world, and Ash won the league (why hasn't this been mentioned lately on Ash's list of accomplishments). And to this day the anime studios are all like "nope, forget this ever existed, nothing to see here".

Also, my favorite Pokémon is Togepi.

Hello, Sparky-Muse, and welcome to the forums! It is great to see new members who have been playing since Generation 1. I started with Red myself! ^^
I enjoyed playing Colosseum, exploring and fighting all these trainers was fun! Sorry to hear your pokémon were traded for Weedles...

I am happy to hear you liked playing so many games! What was your favourite pokémon in Pokkén Tournament ?

Sorry to hear you feel this way about the seasons after Johto... What do you think about the incoming series with new main characters ?

I am very open towards it, even though I've mentioned I'm sad to see Ash leave. I hope Riko's adventures are luckier than his.

Everyone suspects Riko is going to be Ash's kid, but a part of me wonders if she'll be his sister. When you think about it... if she's his daughter, you'd have to wonder what she's doing in a boarding school in Paldea away from Kanto (either Ash moved to Paldea or sent Riko away there, like why would parents do this) and not pursuing dreams like the real Ash would allow her to do, but if she's his little sister, it makes sense from a family decision POV and it answers where his siblings have been all these years if not at home, which would be at a boarding school (and it would allow no time to have passed between the two series).
