Technically isn't spey the only one in that usergroup? I mean you can't neg or pos rep him at all and editing it would only be for his greater interest not anyone elses.

There could be others in that usergroup, like past members from a long time ago.
 
I dunno but you so far are the only one who was needed to have it wiped completely I have seen. There could be others but I doubt it.
