Among all generations what are the Pokemon that give the most Exp. Points?

Some questions for you guys:

1. From Gen 1 to Gen 5 which 2 Pokemon give the most Experience when defeated?

2. What EVs does Chansey/Blissey give when defeated? Only HP EVs or anything else as well?

3. Why does Wigglytuff(480 HP) give 3 HP EVs when defeated while Chansey gives only 2. I mean, Chansey has a higher HP so she should give more right?

4. Does Experience given from a Pokemon have to do with the toughness of the battle? If that's the case then the Pokemon that gives the most exp.points is the toughest opponent in the wild??

5. Are Alomomola and Blissey good Pokemon for competitive battling?

6. Are Alomomola and Blissey worth training and catching in-game? Are they useful in a battle?

2. Check Smogon
3. Blissey gives 3, so problem solved
4. In gen V, it has to do with level difference
5. Blissey is, not sure about the fish.
6. In-game, I wouldn't recommend either.
