Dont use attract, because it doesnt work for the opposite gender and on pokemon with no gender. Use Thunder Wave instead. Amphoros is a Special Attacker, so why are you giving him all of this physical attack? I would make him a Thunder Doomer as i like to call them (Thunder + Rain Dance). Ninetales is fine, but i dont know much about them.
