Ampharos & Lapras help!

I need help with my Ampharos' and Lapras' movesets.

Ampharos
Attacks:
Thunder Punch
Fire Punch
???
???

Lapras
Attacks:
Avalanche
Psychic/???
Thunderbolt/???
Toxic/???

I am not sure with the attacks on Lapras but i would like to keep avalanche.
If you want me to post the natures i will be glad.

For a Lapras, I think this is a good moveset:

Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Confuse Ray

Good Nature: Modest

Items: Leaftovers

Ampharos is more of a special attacker pokemon. It lacks a moves and speed though. ;o;

It can be a great support pokemon.

Ampharos's Atk sucks, so the moveset should based on its S.atk:

Thunderbolt / Thunder (if you have Rain Dance)
